  2. Plan your route

    Add your favourites to My route. We put them in the shortest driving order, starting with the one closest to you. Or follow a Featured Route of the best displays in town.

  3. Drive and enjoy

    Send the route to Google Maps or Apple Maps with one tap, turn up the carols and enjoy the show. Tap the heart on the displays you love.

Is Holiday House Lights free?

Yes. Finding displays, planning routes and listing your own display are all free. Our local sponsors help cover the costs.

How do I add my display to the map?

Choose “List your display”, add one night-time photo and your address, and send it. Our team reviews every submission, usually within a few days, and emails you as soon as it’s live.

Can I add a display that isn’t mine?

Yes! If you spot a great display, share it. Take the photo from the street or sidewalk, and make sure it doesn’t show anyone’s face or licence plate. Homeowners can ask us to remove a listing at any time.

Can I plan a driving route?

Yes. Tap “Start a route” on the map, add the displays you want to see, and we’ll put them in the shortest driving order, starting with the one nearest you. Then open the route in Google Maps or Apple Maps.

Which cities are on the map?

We started in Lethbridge and now include displays across North America. Anyone can add a display, and new cities appear on the map automatically.

My home is listed and I’d rather it wasn’t. What do I do?

Use “Report or remove a listing” at the bottom of any page and we’ll take care of it quickly.
